Postdoctoral Position in Computational Physics
Texas A&M University

Attention: Helmut G. Katzgraber, Computational Physics PostDoc

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in Computational Physics at Texas A&M University starting 01/2009. The successful applicant is expected to pursue her/his own research as well as projects of mutual research interests with Prof. Katzgraber and other faculty members of the department. Current research interest include glassy systems, topologically-protected quantum computing, and algorithm development. Expertise in computational physics is required.

The initial appointment is for one year renewable to two years. Interested applicants should submit their CV, publication list, summary of research accomplishments (1 page limit), and statement of research interests (2 page limit) in pdf format. Candidates need also arrange for three recommendation letters to be sent. Only complete aplications will be considered.
